Keiasia is a very sweet and loving young lady who hopes to one day join a forever family with her two brothers. She is smart, outgoing, and does well in school. You will find that Keiasia enjoys being a part of a family and is very sociable with a lot of friends. She is helpful and enjoys receiving positive attention from her foster parent. Jacob is an enjoyable and happy child to have around! He is very respectful to his teachers, classmates, and foster mother. JaShawn has a very sociable personality for a toddler and a great smile!

Keiasia has suffered emotional trauma due to separation and loss. She is very protective of her younger brothers and often tries to parent them. Sometimes Keiasia has problems with lying and taking things that don’t belong to her. It is important that Keiasia is closely monitored around other children. Jacob has been diagnosed with ADHD and is currently on medication. He is in a special education kindergarten classroom setting; however he is meeting all the developmental milestones for his age. Jacob likes his teacher and his behavior has recently improved, though his speech is delayed. JaShawn has some aggression issues. At times he hits and fights with others when he gets upset.

These children will need a family that can love and accept them unconditionally. All three of the children are bonded to their current caregiver, so maintaining some contact after adoption is recommended. Keiasia also has a sister who she hopes to remain in contact with, so the adoptive family should be advocates for maintaining these family bonds. JaShawn, Jacob, and Keiasia need a patient and loving family who can make a firm commitment and provide clear boundaries and consistent supervision.
